A $100.00 registration fee must be paid with the application. Three people registering together and sharing a two bedded room receive a $15.00 discount per person. Single accommodations are available for an additional $370.00 per person. Balance of fee is required by January 27, 2020. Registrations after this date require payment in full at time of registration. You will receive a bill for final payment.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS must be requested in writing. Guests canceling 60 or more days prior to departure receive a refund of the monies paid. Guests canceling 59 to 47 days prior to departure forfeit the registration fee. Guests canceling 46 to 30 days prior to departure forfeit 1/2 of all payments. Guests canceling 30 days or less prior to departure, no shows, or guests leaving the tour after departure forfeit all payments. Guests canceling 59 days or less prior to departure and providing a replacement traveler receive a refund of all fees. There are no refunds on unused tour features.
