May 5, 2019. Registrations received after this date require payment-in-full at time of booking. Choice categories book early. Reservations require $500.00 deposit per person. Final payment is due by May 5, 2019. You will receive an invoice for final payment.

Husband and wife may use the same application, enclosing double registration fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS must be requested in writing to Golden Frontier. All documents must be returned before a refund can be processed. Once application is made, all cancellations are subject to a non-waivable $100.00 per person cancellation fee. Written cancellations received in Golden Frontier's office: 

160 days and more prior to departure receive a full refund of all monies paid,

159 to 145 days prior to departure forfeit one half deposit,

144 to 127 days prior to departure forfeit full deposit,

126 to 98 days prior to departure forfeit full deposit plus 25% of final payment.

97 to 68 days prior to departure forfeit full deposit plus 50% of final payment.

67 to 38 days prior to departure forfeit full deposit plus 75% of final payment.

37 days and less prior to departure forfeit all payments.

Airline tickets are not refundable once purchased. The cruise ticket is valid only for the named passenger and may not be sold or transferred. All refunds are made following completion of trip. Golden Frontier shall not be obligated to refund any portion of a fare for a passenger who must leave the trip prematurely for medical or other reasons. No refunds are made for unused tour features. Golden Frontier Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, entire guest payment will be refunded automatically without further liability on the part of Golden Frontier.

Clicking the submit button will transmit this application and charge authorization to GOLDEN FRONTIER, 4100 N. Illinois St., Swansea (Belleville), IL 62226. Please charge my deposit for this trip to my indicated credit card.  Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit and application. My electronic application indicates my electronic signature which I authorize to be the same as my original handwritten signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of the trip brochure.

Written cancellations received in Golden Frontier’s office 90 to 66 days prior to departure forfeit $500.00 per person. Cancellations 65 to 35 days prior to departure forfeit 75% of total payments. Cancellations 34 days or less prior to departure forfeit 100% of total payments. Golden Frontier shall not be obligated to refund any portion of a fare for a passenger who must leave the cruise prematurely for medical or other reasons. There are no refunds on unused tour features. The cruise ticket is valid only for the named passenger and may not be sold or transferred.
