$150.00 registration fee must be paid with the application. Three people registering together and sharing a two bedded room receive a $20.00 discount per person. Single accommodations are available for an additional $360.00 per person.  Balance of fee is required 45 days prior to departure. Fees not received by due date may force your reservation to be cancelled for non payment. You will receive a bill for final payment.

Clicking the submit button will transmit this application and charge authorization to GOLDEN FRONTIER, 4100 N. Illinois St., Swansea (Belleville), IL 62226. Please charge my deposit for this trip to my indicated credit card. I have read the trip brochure and understand the general information, terms and conditions including fees, responsibility, refunds and cancellations, optional trip cancellation and baggage insurance portions of the trip brochure. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit and application. My electronic application indicates my electronic signature which I authorize to be the same as my original handwritten signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of the trip brochure.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS must be requested in writing. Guests canceling 61 or more days prior to departure receive a refund of the monies paid. Guests canceling 60 to 46 days prior to departure forfeit the registration fee. Guests canceling 45 to 31 days forfeit the registration fee plus 25% of the balance of fees. Guests canceling 30 to 16 days forfeit the registration fee plus 50% of the balance of fees. Guests canceling 15 to 8 days forfeit the registration fee plus 75% of the balance of fees. Guests canceling 7 days and less forfeit all payments.

Guests canceling 59 days or less prior to departure and providing a replacement traveler receive a refund of all fees paid. There are no refunds for unused tour features.
