France - Seine River Cruise and Lourdes

October 8 to 19, 2021

Applications are accepted with $500 deposit ($513 if paid by card) per person, (Tip: this is time sensitive; deposit by phone is quicker than mail.) We’ll request confirmation from the river cruise and airline and when confirmed, we’ll send confirmation to you. Once confirmed, the deposit is non
refundable. If the ship and airline can’t confirm the reservation, we will return your deposit. Reservations can be made by telephone, on-line our secure website (www.goldenfrontier.org) or printed application. Final
payment of cruise and land arrangements is due by August 24, 2021. You will receive a bill for final payment. Registrations received after this date require payment-in-full at time of application. Name changes for cruise and land portions are accepted without change fee until 30 days prior to departure. Inside 30 days is a $150 per person change fee.

Husband and wife may use the same application, enclosing double registration fee.

Clicking the submit button will transmit this application and charge authorization to GOLDEN FRONTIER, 4100 N. Illinois St., Swansea (Belleville), IL 62226. Please charge my deposit for this trip to my indicated credit card. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit and application. My electronic application indicates my electronic signature which I authorize to be the same as my original handwritten signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of the trip brochure.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to
Golden Frontier. Airline tickets are non refundable once issued but may be
reusable, subject to airline rules. All documents must be returned before a
refund can be processed.

Once application is confirmed, the initial full deposit is non-refundable.
Once balance of fees is paid, cancellations follow these charges:
Within 95 and 66 days before departure - 50% of payments will be lost
Within 65 and 36 days before departure - 75% of payments will be lost
Within 35 and 21 days before departure - 85% of payments will be lost
Within 20 days before departure - 100% of payments will be lost
Golden Frontier shall not be obligated to refund any portion of a fare for a
passenger who must leave the cruise prematurely for medical or other
reasons.

NON PERFORMANCE INSURANCE. Payment from cruise lines is required months prior to departure and often includes air line tickets with their contract. With the risk of international incident, strike, airline or cruise line failure, and many cruise lines and cruise departure points outside of U.S., recovery of fees can be difficult. Guests may purchase offered optional trip insurance which includes non performance insurance. Golden Frontier requires each guest provide proof of non performance insurance or sign a release. Non Performance insurance is waived with proof of non performance coverage from any other insurer purchased by traveler. Non performance insurance does not cover personal cancellation or medical expenses. Guests not purchasing non performance insurance are required to sign a release.
