$75.00 deposit per person accompanies registration and is deducted from the total cost. Registration should be made 120 or more days prior to departure. Reservations made 120 days or less prior to departure are subject to availability of hotel space. Balance of fee is due 45 days prior to departure. You will receive a bill for final payment.

Clicking the submit button will transmit this application and charge authorization to GOLDEN FRONTIER, 4100 N. Illinois St., Swansea (Belleville), IL 62226. Please charge my deposit for this trip to my indicated credit card. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit and application. My electronic application indicates my electronic signature which I authorize to be the same as my original handwritten signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of the trip brochure.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS must be requested in writing. Guests canceling 60 or more days prior to departure receive a refund of the monies paid. Guests canceling 59 to 36 days prior to departure forfeit the registration fee. Guests canceling 35 days or less prior to departure, no shows, or guests leaving the tour after departure receive a refund of only those fees recoverable by Golden Frontier from various suppliers. Guests canceling 59 days or less prior to departure and providing a replacement traveler receive a refund of all fees paid. Due to reservations and advance purchase requirements for attractions and meals, there are no refunds on unused tour features.
