Registration and advance reservations are required. These prices are available only through the Golden Frontier Office and are not available at San Damiano Retreat. A $50.00 per room registration fee must be paid with this application. Balance of fee is required 35 days prior to arrival date. You will receive a bill for final payment. Fees not received by due date may force your reservation to be cancelled for non-payment. Golden Frontier Promotional Gift Certificates may not be used with this program. All reservations are confirmed in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Golden Frontier and are considered on the day received. Cancellations may be sent by fax (618-234-9861) or email (email@example.com with Cancel Day Adventure Reservation in the subject line) or traditional mail. No phone cancellations are accepted. Written cancellations received in Golden Frontier’s office before 3pm three days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 3pm three days prior to arrival until 3pm the day of arrival forfeit the first night fee. Cancellations received after 3pm on the day of arrival and no-shows forfeit 1/2 of fees paid and the entire reservation is cancelled. No refunds are made for early departures.
