FLORIDA PALM TRIP

January 10 to 17, 2019

$100.00 registration fee must be paid with the application. Three people registering together and sharing a two bedded room receive a $15.00 discount per person. Single accommodations are available for an additional $255.00 per person. Optional oceanfront rooms are available. Balance of fee is required 40 days prior to the departure date. Registrations after this date require payment in full at time of registration. You will receive a bill for final payment. *2019 trip price may be adjusted after 7/1/2018.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS must be in writing and are considered on the day received. Guests cancelling 60 or more days prior to departure receive a refund of the monies paid. Guests cancelling 59 to 40 days prior to departure forfeit the registration fee. Guests cancelling 40 days or less prior to departure and not providing a replacement traveler, no shows, or guests leaving the tour after departure receive a refund of only those fees recoverable by Golden Frontier from various suppliers. Guests cancelling 60 days or less prior to departure and providing a replacement traveler receive a refund of fees paid. Due to reservation and advance purchase requirements for attractions and meals, there are no refunds on unused tour features.

Please charge my deposit for this trip to my indicated credit card. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Golden Frontier and will be issued in agreement with the cancellation policies of the original trip brochure. I have read the trip brochure and understand the general information, terms and conditions including fees, responsibility, refunds and cancellations, optional trip cancellation and baggage insurance portions of the trip brochure. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit and application. My electronic application indicates my electronic signature which I authorize to be the same as my original handwritten signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of the trip brochure.
