DOMESTIC COACH PILGRIMAGE TRIPS

All land Pilgrimage Trips are via coach and have departures in the St. Louis and metro Illinois areas.

Some trips have Wentzville, Mo., Southern Illinois, Springfield (Ill.), Festus, Cape Girardeau, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and other Indiana locations, Louisville, Springfield (Mo.), Memphis departure points. Please ask our office for your possibility.



PELLA AT TULIP TIME. Tulips, along with windmills, wooden shoes and Dutch cooking are only a part of the beautiful community in central Iowa. This four day trip takes in some of the beauty of this quaint city where we visit the Dutch settlement of flowers, especially where tulips reign supreme. Included in the trip are the Vermeer Mill, a full scale working Dutch windmill, Scholte House and garden, Klokkenspel, and Red Rock Lake area. MICHIGAN (UPPER PENINSULA). Seven-day trip by coach to the Great North Woods, on the shores of Lake Huron. Visit the Great Cross of the Woods, the largest crucifix in the world! Views of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior, a day trip to Mackinac Island, and visit Tahquamenon Falls are included. The grave of Father Marquette and the Church of St. Ignace will be visited. Attend an evening presentation of the Stephen Foster drama, a musical theater under the stars. SAVANNAH, GEORGIA. Eight day trip by coach to the southern belle city of the South. FLORIDA SUNCOAST. WASHINGTON, D.C. Nine-day tour by bus to our nation’s capitol, with overnight stop en route. We will visit the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land. Our motel will be located in historic Arlington/Alexandria, Virginia. Included in the trip will be tours of U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian Institute, Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, WWII and Lincoln Memorials, and the home of George Washington in Mt. Vernon. We will spend six nights in the Boston area featuring day trips including Gloucester, Cape Ann, a whale watching cruise, Salem, Boston Freedom Trail, Lexington and Concord. SAN ANTONIO. Eight days by coach to San Antonio, Texas. Trip includes San Fernando Cathedral, San Jose Mission, Buckhorn Museum, the Alamo, River Walk, LBJ Ranch, Pacific Way Museum, and Fredericksburg. SOUTH DAKOTA BLACK HILLS & BADLANDS. A 7 day trip including Badlands; Black Hills; Mt. YELLOWSTONE & THE GREAT NORTHWEST, OREGON. Sixteen-day coach trip through the beauty of America’s western mountain scenery. This tour follows the footsteps of the great pioneer missionary, Father Peter DeSmet. Trace the Oregon Trail from Nebraska to Washington state where we visit Mt. St Helens. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are featured along with four additional national parks and monuments in this eight-state trip. Three days are spent at Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS. Three day trip through the Missouri and Arkansas Ozarks. We overnight two nights at historic Eureka Springs. While there we will attend a production of the Great Passion Play, a portrayal of the last week of Christ’s life on earth, the Ascension, and Resurrection. Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church, where we enter through the bell tower and walk down to enter the church.
