Registrations are completed by submitting an application and
deposit.
Confirmation of all applications and credit card receipts is sent via return mail. Deposits are subtracted from the total cost of the trip. Bills for final payment of fees are sent prior to the trips. Final payments for Coach trips in North America generally are three weeks prior to departure, exceptions apply for trips including one way air transportation . Final payments for International and Cruise pilgrimages range from ten to thirteen weeks prior to departure. Deposit and final payment requirements are contained in each individual trip brochure
